How do I make a booking?
Simply fill in the online booking form and send it to us or you may wish to call us on the numbers provided.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, your booking cannot be confirmed until you have paid a 25% deposit.
How do I pay the deposit?
We accept cheques in sterling or dollars and we also accept bank transfers. Bank details are available on request.
When is the balance of the holiday payment due?
The balance is due 10 weeks before the start of the holiday. This will include the security deposit and the cost of pool heating if it is required. Once this payment has been received we will send your final booking confirmation together with full directions and the access codes for the community gate and villa entrance.
What is the security deposit?
The deposit is £200 / $300 / €300.00 regardless of the length of your stay and is fully refundable within 30 days of when you leave the property assuming there is no damage to the villa. Should loss/damage occur, a deduction will be made to the amount of replacement/repair and the balance returned to you. Minor breakages will not be deductible. 
Do I need pool heating?
Generally speaking pool heating is not required may to september. If you decide that you would like pool heating during this time this can be arranged at the time of booking, the cost is £75.00 / $120.00 / €115.00 per week. However if you choose not to have pool heat and you change your mind once you are there our management company can arrange this for you and this is payable locally at a daily rate.
What about flights & car hire?
It is your responsibility to book your own travel arrangements. We have a few links on or site to companies that we recommend due to personal experiences. We found them to be very competitive and good companies to deal with.
Do I need to bring towels or bed linen?
Our holiday villa is fully furnished and includes all towels and bed linen.
What entertainment is provided in the villa?
We have 5 tv’s, 3 dvd’s, 1 playstation 2, a well stocked library, loads of board games and not forgetting about our games room where we have air hockey, pool and darts available.
Where is the villa located?
Check out our location page on our website for full details of where we are located. Once we have received your booking form you will be sent a detailed map with directions of how to get to the villa from the airport. Having made the journey more than several times ourselves we have been able to devise very precise and easy to use directions.
What ammenities are there nearby?
There is a large 24 hour walmart supermarket just 2 minutes drive away that stocks absolutely everything you could imagine. There are other supermarkets and pharmacys located a further minute away and we have a large number of restaurants located within 10 mins drive. There are also a wide range of home delivery companies such as Domino’s and various chinese take-aways. There is also a video and dvd store where you can hire your favourite movies. Also nearby is a gas station and a wide range of the finest golf course central florida has to offer.
Will my possessions be safe in the villa?
As well as double locks on all doors and windows our villa also has a safe, which is free of charge, to store all your personal belongings located in one of the bedrooms.
Is smoking permitted in the villa?
For the comfort of all our guests the villa is non-smoking. Additionally, Florida law does not permit guests to smoke within rental villas.
Where do i collect the key to our vacation home?
The key will be available at the villa 24 hours a day so there is no need to worry about collecting the key from an outside agent. Full details will be provided once your booking is confirmed.
What if something goes wrong?
Our villa is managed by a local management company who operate a 24 hour emergency toll-free number. So if you do encounter a problem there is no need to worry as help is at hand.
