Enquiries
If the villa dates available meet your requirements COMPLETE the BOOKING FORM and SUBMIT ONLINE or alternatively SIGN and RETURN the BOOKING FORM, and pay your deposit either by bank transfer (call for bank details) or by cheque. We will SEND a BOOKING CONFIRMATION immediately (for bank transfers) or as soon as the funds are cleared (for cheque payments) and this will confirm your villa reservation, subject to the terms and conditions below.
Booking
A 25% deposit will be required to confirm a booking.The sending of the on-line booking form by electronic mail or post confirms your acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below and shall be binding on all persons stated on the booking form. We will confirm each booking, as soon as the booking form and deposit have been paid. Once confirmed, the lead named person on the booking form will be responsible for the total rental price of the property together with any additional services requested and any security deposit, as agreed. The remaining balance must be paid ten weeks (10weeks) prior to your departure. If the full balance of the rental cost is not paid in accordance with these booking conditions, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. In these circumstances your reservation deposit will be forfeited.
Minimum Age of Party Leader
The lead name on the booking form should be aged 25 or over. We will only accept bookings by someone under the age of 25 years by reference to and agreement of the booking office.
Security Deposit
We will require a refundable SECURITY DEPOSIT of £200 to be paid at the time your FINAL BALANCE is due. This deposit will be repaid to the lead named person on the booking form within 3 weeks of departure from the villa providing there have been no reported breakages or damage, and your party has returned the keys to either the property management company or Youlovedisney.com as instructed. The submission of the booking form confirms your acceptance to pay for any damage of any kind caused by you or your party's occupancy of the property and the lead named person on the booking form agrees to be held responsible for any additional costs which exceed the security deposit.
Cancellations
Providing the owners receive written notice of cancellation more than 12 weeks prior to the actual occupation date, the lead name on the booking form will not be liable to pay the full balance although the full deposit will be forfeited. We will CONFIRM in writing to you immediately that cancellation has occurred. Telephone or Email cancellations are acceptable as long as a letter confirming this cancellation is received within 7 days thereafter. We will endeavour to rebook at short notice if possible.
Responsibilities
All persons stated on the booking form are responsible for the care of the property and are expected to take reasonable care of it including the locking of all doors and ensuring the security alarm is activated whenever the property in unoccupied. At the end of the rental period, all utensils, carpets, furnishings, walls, and fittings must be left clean and tidy and all keys returned as instructed.
Party Size and restrictions
Everyone occupying the property must be listed on the guest registration form, including small children. This additional form will be sent to you when your final balance is due. Information regarding keys etc will not be provided until this form is received by us. This is Florida state law and must be adhered to. The accommodations cannot be shared or sub-let and only the persons shown on the booking form are permitted to stay in the property. Persons under 25 years of age cannot stay in the villas unless accompanied by responsible adults over the age of 25 and "single sex" groups are only permissible after reference to us. Failure to comply will render the booking void and no compensation will be paid. If, following the submission of the original booking, changes to the composition of your party arises, these changes should be immediately advised to us.
The party should note that Florida law puts strict limits on the number of occupants permitted to stay overnight in vacation homes. Our maximum occupancy is 10 for our 4 bedroom home.
Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES can the size of the party exceed the maximum occupancy figures shown above. In the event of higher occupancy than that permitted you will be required to vacate the property. In this event there can be no refund of the rental payment.ft
Smoking
Smoking is STRICTLY PROHIBITED within the property. Smoking is however permitted under the external pool terrace outside the villa. Failure to comply with this condition could render the insurance on the property invalid and would expose the lead name to a claim for compensation in the event of any damage caused by fire to the property.
Pets
The owners do not permit pets of any kind in the property.
Liability
The owners and the management company of the property accept no responsibility whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal belongings however caused. There is no lifeguard on duty and it is a major condition of the reservation that use of the rental property and pool is entirely at the risk of the hirer. The pool has a maximum depth of 6 feet. All diving, horseplay or running around the pool area is prohibited. All members of the party agree that no child in the party, or adult non-swimmer, will use the pool without adequate adult supervision by a strong swimmer. Any problems which may be experienced with pool alarms installed on the exterior doors leading to the pool area should be notified immediately. Alternatively, where a pool safety fence is installed, this is removed at the risk of the party and should remain secured fully in place when non swimmers are in residence or visiting the property.
The owners or management company cannot accept any liability for any loss of rental time due to travel problem, flight delays or cancellations, industrial disputes or any events outside our control, including any form of Force Majeure. (See Below) We strongly recommend that you take out adequate Travel insurance for all members of your party.
The Owners and Youlovedisney.com
The ultimate owners of the villa are Mr R Starrett and Mrs Y Starrett and all rates quoted are inclusive of Florida State, tourism and sales taxes. Youlovedisney.com acts as the agent of guests to procure a tenancy of the villas.
Arrivals and Departures
The villa will be available for occupancy from 4pm on the date of arrival and must be vacated by 10am (prompt) on the day of departure. In exceptional circumstances late occupation may be permitted and this can be arranged directly with the local villa management company.
Insurance
It is a strongly recommended that all members of the Party are covered by travel insurance, which carries adequate protection against delays and cancellations, and has adequate medical insurance for the USA, and for your luggage and personal belongings both whilst traveling and when left in the villa.
Force Majeure (Events outside our control)
As with any other holiday, there maybe circumstances completely beyond our control and contemplation, in which the property might not be available for your booking. Examples of these circumstances include (but are not limited to) destruction of or severe damage to the property after a hurricane or building work uncompleted. We will keep you closely informed about such events and will do everything we can to avoid you being inconvenienced in any way. Such circumstances are referred to Force Majeure. In the event of Force Majeure the owners will do their best to make alternative arrangements for you where possible. If they cannot, or if the alternative arrangements are not acceptable to you, then they will refund all monies paid. This will be the full extent of the owner’s liability to you in such circumstances, and they shall not be responsible for any other costs connected with any such cancellation, howsoever arising.
Owners Access
Clearly, we trust that this will never be necessary, however emergencies can happen and whilst remedial work will always be scheduled when there are no tenants in occupation we, the owners or our management company shall be allowed access at any reasonable time during your stay particularly to undertake any emergency repairs or carry out urgent inspections. In these circumstances we will keep you fully informed.
Law
These "Terms and Conditions" are an integral part of the Booking form either submitted online or by post and as such form part of the contract between us, subject to and shall be construed in accordance with United Kingdom law and all parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the United Kingdom Courts.t
